  PROS
  - Spectacular view from every room
  - Great deck accessible from both bedrooms, dining area and kitchen/living area with a sweet enclosed garden area and direct access to walking trails down the hill to the bluff
  - Very comfortable living room and wood stove
  - Good heat
  - Plenty of privacy between 2 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms
  - Nice kitchen and gas grill on deck made cooking and baking a pleasure; we ate on the deck for many meals and enjoyed reading and chatting out there.
  
  CONS
  - Very small (2 people max), old hot tub is in an enclosed area behind the house. You're kind of walled in with old, dark wood walls and no view or breeze, though you can at least see the sky. You can see a little slice of trees but there's no other view, and there's no breeze. Also the surrounding walls, chairs and bench next to the hot tub were quite worn out so that made the area kind of unappealing. (We spent less time in the hot tub than we have at any other house we've stayed at in Sea Ranch.) This is the only area of the house that does not feel up to par with the rest of the experience.
  - This isn't a con as much as an observation: The couch in the TV area is small and not super comfortable. We had 4 people there and had to move a chair near the couch to give everyone comfortable places to sit to watch a movie together.
  
  Overall I would stay here again because other aspects like the view, the main deck and the living room offset these downsides -- you should just be aware of what to expect. I would also advise the owners to invest in a new hot tub and to consider moving it to a place where you could take in the great view.

  This spacious home has a glorious view of the ocean and every amenity to make you feel at home. The owners' attention to detail is exceptional. It's my new favorite destination on the Northern CA Coast.

  The views from the home were amazing! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was nice but way too small for 6 people, we could only go in 2 at a time. Overall though, we loved it!

  We have been coming to Sea Ranch for at least 20 years. Now as Senior Citizens, we appreciated a house that had such fabulous views and the deck and aderondack chairs were perfect for us to enjoy it all without having to hike anywhere. We also like the new check out detail that is without the complete house cleaning. Bravo for all of you!! Keep up the good work!!
