  For two people, the house is a bit large but VERY comfortable. Beautiful artwork is sprinkled all over the home as well as cozy places to sit and relax. The view from the house was spectacular and a few steps from the home gives a panoramic view of the coastline. What made it for my husband and I was the sauna, a wonderful way to warmup after hiking along the coastline. Would definitely recommend this rental, especially for a large gathering.
  
  One note: TVs are upstairs and not HD.

  Due to one member of our family being taken, by ambulance, from Sea Ranch to Kaiser Hospital, Santa Rosa, one day early, I believe we left a few items at the house. Did your house keeper find any of the following: black leather fanny pack, small binoculars or tall walking stick. We. too, left early and think we left them. Thank you.

  WE have rented several houses at Sea Ranch but have returned to the IRIS twice
  and probably will continue to book the property in the future. We have not found anything better. WE LOVE THE IRIS !!!!

  This house is perfectly located on a bluff overlooking the ocean, nicely decorated, comfortable in every way. Our whole family stayed here and had a fantastic time.

  We found the Iris to be a wonderful house right on the ocean and the art collection was a bonus! Although there was a small gas leak in the water heater, Beach Rentals had someone out almost immediately to fix. All in All a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

  A very comfortable and beautiful home, filled with art and amazing scenic views of ocean.

  We'd love to stay at Iris again -- it has terrific views and is beautifully furnished with interesting original art throughout. The open layout of the kitchen/dining/living area is terrific and the kitchen is well equipped.
