  We enjoyed our stay at Nowell immensely. The property was nearly perfect for our group. The dishwasher doesn't work well enough to avoid a handwashing--a drawback when cooking for six. We also had trouble with the TV--not with it functioning properly, but with the small size compared to the large room!

  If you are looking for a place to relax, this is it. The three bedrooms with baths make it ideal for privacy while the greatroom is wonderful for gathering.
  If there is any downside it is distance to beach access.

  We loved our stay at the Nowell house in Sea Ranch. The only complaint we had was the large cleaning fee, especially since we left the house very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our stay was restful, just too short!

  Three couples shared this lovely house for 5 days in August. This house is great for couples because each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Lovely open floor plan in the common areas overlooking a meadow and the ocean. Quiet location.

  The most gorgeous house we've rented @ Sea Ranch! Location,condition, house itself-fantastic. Only thing lacking- wastebasket in downstairs master bath! Kitchen was great to cook in, dining table nice & big, location great. Absolutely loved this house.

  Housekeeping issues:We wanted to let you know that the toaster is broken (there was a second one that works, however.) Also, the microwave is making a strange noise, we decided not to use it incase it was in danger of doing something electrically dangerous. No dust pan.
  Management:It seems things have changed recently and we are getting used to new personalities and methods. Something I would appreciate would be an update to our balance every time a payment is made(since we do this as tree separate couples, and throughout the year.)
