    This is the third year we have stayed at Breaker View, so clearly we like it. The house is very well located for the things we like to do - walk along the water and drive into Gualala for groceries. The view of the meadow and breakers is lovely. Everything worked perfectly. We will probably rent the house again next year if it is available.

    Great house with a perfect location. Very comfortable, cozy and well stocked. The family room rug was a little dirty when we arrived, but overall the house was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

    We couldn't have been happier with this wonderful vacation home. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the house to find such a beautiful cozy home that had wonderful vaulted ceilings, cozy furnishings and a serene view. The pictures do not do the
    home justice, a true gem and we will definately return to this property that feels like home.

    It was just the two of us in this perfect house, though it would be nice for two couples - the design ensures privacy. Delightful views from nearly every window - even from the shower! Well appointed, superb kitchen, these people have exquisite taste, well located and well managed. And the hot tub - pure bliss. Lots of wildlife; birds, deer, fox, sea lions. Because of my own mix up, the expected sheets were not in the house. Without complaint the manager met me in town at 6:30 pm, interrupting her evening, to fix my mistake. Definitely want to come back. Can't imagine staying anywhere else in Seal Ranch.

    We found everything in the house - kitchen equipment, beds and general cleanliness - excellent. Our one complaint is with the living room furniture. The sofa and chair are too deep and soft for older people who may have back problems. Some straighter chairs would be appreciated. We had to move the dining room chairs into the living room. Otherwise the house is perfect and well situated for walks along the cliffs by the ocean.
