This spacious vacation home is built with a reverse floor plan - common living space upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. Nearly every room showcases a beautiful ocean view. Guests will also enjoy being centrally located. There is a bluff trail directly from the back yard and additional beaches are just down the highway. Tranquility Base has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms making it ideal for up to 6 guests. This vacation home is also dog friendly!

Upstairs the common living space is made up of a living room, kitchen, and dining area. Expansive windows offer an abundance of natural lighting and ocean views. The living room is arranged with plenty of seating options from couches to window seats. A gas fireplace is available perfect for setting a cozy atmosphere at night. There is a large flat screen TV for your upstairs viewing as well, with a BluRay DVD player and WIFI internet to round out your family entertainment.

Past the living room is a high-class kitchen. This kitchen has granite countertops, professional line stainless steel appliances, a double oven, and island breakfast bar. The most discriminating chef will love whipping up tasty meals in here. Four seats are placed at the breakfast bar offering dining space and a handy way for guests to keep a conversation going with the chef. When dinner is ready to be served, call your guests to the dining table. The table has seating for six. Alfresco dining is also possible out on the balcony. A BBQ is situated alongside a patio table and chairs. This area faces the oceanfront creating a dramatic scenery at sunset.



When you are ready to call it a night, there are three bedrooms to choose from. The large master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, TV/DVD/Game console, walk-out to patio, and attached master bathroom. The master bathroom has a spacious vanity and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom holds a Queen-size bed, walk-out to patio, and attached bathroom. The third bedroom similarly has a Queen-size bed, walk-out to patio, and attached bathroom as well.



If you notice any of your guests have gone missing, they are likely outside on the deck soaking in the private hot tub. This hot tub is partially covered to give you some shade during the summer months. This is also the best spot to watch a sunset and stargaze from at night. After a dip in the hot tub, a washer and dryer are prepared inside handy for any wet bathing suits.

    This was the first time we had been to Sea Ranch and did not know what to expect (other than a very twisty Highway 1). When I booked on the phone and explained what I was looking for (dog friendly, close hikes) I was steered to the west side of Highway 1. And that was great advice. We loved the house we rented, the views and window seats were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. The electric grill took a little getting used to but worked fine(I don't think Sea Ranch allows charcoal grills). The check in and check out were very efficient.
