Loved this house! I have stayed at many homes at Sea Ranch in the last 25 years and this is one of the best. Sitting in the living room with the views to the golf course and hills to the east and ocean to the west; wonderful! Very comfortable,inviting, and a feeling of home. This home also had the best equipt kitchen I have ever stayed in, lots of dishes, glasses, etc. Waffle iron? I haven't made them in years! Dog friendly, it was nice touch (and smart) to have provided doggie package (towel and furniture cover) for my Maggie May. We'll be back!

Very nice property, well-equipped in every respect. Great hot tub. Lots of windows and light. Very comfortable beds. The only downside is having to bring own linens and towels. Seems a bit cheap given the high cleaning fee that is charged after leaving. (Also, the dishwasher is a bit difficult to use due to its positioning that does not allow its door to be fully opened.)

Awesome! This was our second stay at Deerborn and we love it. The house is full of light and gorgeaous views, yet private and very quiet and peaceful. The location is great, near Gualala and walking distance from the cliffs. We WILL be back!

My children and I enjoyed a peaceful weekend at the Deerborn. We loved the way the house was set in the middle of the meadow emphasizing the sea to the west and the wide open spaces of the meadow to the east. We had many beautiful fawn and does for visitors, and a little red fox. The house was perfect for the three of us. Than you.

We had a lovely time during our week stay at Deerborn. The house is clean, peaceful and quiet. My boys and I went on many hikes and many walks on the beach. We also enjoyed the community pool in addition to the hot tub. Next time we come to Sea Ranch we would be delighted to stay at Deerborn again.....and thanks for being a dog friendly place...

Deerborn is a lovely beach rental. Cozy, but adequate for our group of three. One-man kitchen, but well stocked. Pretty views off front and back decks. Great hot tub. Short walk to Gualala Point beach.

We have stayed at The Sea Ranch a number of times and tend to prefer the northern end. The location of this house was perfect for us. We enjoy walking the trails and visiting the nearby Gualala Point Regional park which is close enough to walk to. The home itself was nicely furnished and it's location was very quiet. Would definitely stay again in the future.
