  Fabulous time in this house - it is a bit small but really cozy for 2 couples. Nice that the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house. The kitchen was well stocked however the pots and pans are not in the best shape. Incredible views of the ocean and lots of critters. Watch out for the racoons - keep your car windows closed tight - racoons got into our car but there was little damage thank goodness.

  The house was very clean and comfortable. Nice not to have to bring sheets and towels! Don’t plan on cooking very much as the kitchen has the minimum in lighting and some of the pans are not anything that should be used. Coffee filters were provided, along with salt and pepper. Gas grill was great!
  Seating in living room was ok. Very small and cozy for 2 people. Great views from this house!
  The one issue we had was the hot tub - the cover has to be completely removed and set somewhere manually. There is no lift assist and we thought it was a hassle..
  Beach rentals provided great support and will send out a repair person quickly should the need arise.
  Overall we liked this house but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

  wow! Our 10th annual visit to sea ranch and the seale house! A comfortable home, well-appointed and spotlessly clean -- of particular note given its welcome to pets. The Beach Rentals staff is responsive and helpful. After many visits to Two Fish Bakery, we ordered a pizza for the first time and *****. Drive over the mountains to Boonville Pennyroyal Farms and meet the "girls" -- a lovely herd of goats who are topline cheese professionals. As ever Noma Gallery and other arts venues are a delight. PLUS it rained one day -- probably sounds bad to you but to AZ guests it was pure bonus. See you in 2023!

  We've stayed a The Sea Ranch a number of times in different houses, and this was one of the best! Very clean, nice, cozy house with a great view and wonderful, comfortable amenities.
  
  The only note I'll give prospective guests is on the outdoor grill. It's a very nice gas Weber, the same model we have at home. But it simply can't function properly when it's windy out (we sometimes have this issue at home too because of how the house is situated). And this is the coast - the wind is prevalent even into Summer once the sun gets low. So if you're bringing something to grill, have a backup plan for using the very nice oven instead, just in case the weather isn't cooperative. It worked great for our king salmon once it was clear the grill couldn't get up to temp.

  Had a lovely time staying at the Seale house for a full week. There were only 2 of us (+ a 15 pound dog) and this house was the perfect size and location. There are no neighbors on one side and the cliff is just a short walk away. The house has everything you need including a great hot tub and propane BBQ and wood burning fireplace. I appreciated the leash hooks for the dog in the front and back. Very peaceful and great night sky. I think Seale House would be too small for four adults, but okay for 2 adults and one or two kids. It's a very short drive to shopping in Gualala and the main pool is walkable from Seale.

  We have rented several places in Sea Ranch over the last couple of years. It’s been a pleasure to do business with Sea Ranch Beach rentals and this house was particularly enjoyable. It was a “feel good” location with a private feel due to its ocean front location and open meadow. It was very clean, well appointed in the kitchen and reasonably updated and well maintained for an older property The furniture and furnishings were attractive and cohesive in style as opposed to some rentals where it’s a mish mash of hand me down pieces. The only piece of furniture that showed wear was one end of the sofa that had slight stain from either a wet pet or someone sitting in a wet bathing suit..., which was listed a “please do not” on the house rules if people took time to read or think. The wood floors were perfect with a dog and absence of carpeting was more hygienic for a vacation rental. The wood burning stove/FP worked well.
  Pegs on the front porch and on the entry wall to hang jackets and leashes especially after a rainy walk, would be very useful in the absence of an entry closet. The hose by the front door was perfect to rinse and dry off dog feet after a walk. The house floor plan was perfect for my husband, myself and our medium size Siberian husky and would have been comfortable with another couple who were compatible in routines, given there are 2 bedrooms, but cozier living area than some 2 bedroom houses. The house felt like someone’s “home” rather than just a “rental” and we appreciated the difference and would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

  The rental personnel were always very helpful and concerned that we have the vacation we expected. All instructions and requirements were fully explained.

  This is our fourth time staying in Seale. We love the house, its comfortable furnishing and warm atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped, new stove fantastic, but the dishwasher was out of commission, still this was not a big issue for us. Watch out for the ticks along the path leading to the sea. Wear light clothing when coming to Sea Ranch. Point Arena Bird café is a jewel, not much to look at but the food is of a high class restaurant.

  It was a wonderful long weekend with friends. The house is in a great location, close to Gualala and right near the bluff trail that goes on for miles and miles. The views were terrific and the house is very comfortable (great beds!). The kitchen is pretty well equipped, but bring your own knives if you're able as theirs are pretty dull. Our dog was quite happy there, watching for deer out the many windows.

  Seale House is accurately described. The view straight to the ocean without any structures in front is marvelous. We saw deer early in the morning and whales spouting. Right at the end of the path to cliffside is a group of seals. The cliffside walk was suitable for grandparents, parents, and kids. The house is well-equipped, super clean, and nicely furnished. No clutter! Our only complaint was the wood for the fireplace was not well seasoned, so it sputtered. Walk-on Beach was nearby where we had a picnic lunch and walked along the sand and up to a path. The outdoor swimming pool was gorgeous and not crowded. We also recommend going to Whale Watch Point. Beach Rentals provided excellent customer service: responsive and cordial. We look forward to coming back next year!

  Our stay at Seale House was one of the best get away experiences we have ever had. The home is stunningly beautiful in the best location possible! The views were stupendeous and we could hear the waves inside the house. The beds were comfortable, the layout of the house was perfect and the furnishings were lovely and understated. The kitchen was a joy to cook in and all of the cook ware was top of the line. I love to cook, so this was a special bonus for me. My husband and I recently got gaurdianship of our 13 year old and 3 year old granddaughters so our life has become busy and hectic again. These three days at Sea Ranch were just what we needed.   It is an ideal location for taking walks, whale watching, and very close to town. It is beautifully decorated and the beds are super comfortable.
  All the amenities of home, with super fast internet and easy to use TV.
  Things you might need to bring with you: large coffee cups, a small carving knife, ziplock baggies and paper napkins, or, pick them up in town.
  The ice maker isn't working, but there are trays available.

  This home is very simple. There is absolutely no clutter which makes it easy to settle in and feel at home as there is little decorative personality left about by the owner. The house is ideally located in the meadow with easy access to the paths and is in the northern section of Sea Ranch so there is easy access by car to Gualala. This house Is dog-friendly and, as such, the rental agency provided a sheet to cover the sofa (if you were so inclined as well as a towel to clean the dog's feet after walks. Both were very much appreciated. As is often the case, there was little in the way of spices, plastic wrap, a simple steamer insert for a saucepan etc and the matress in the larger bedroom could use upgrading but the simplicity, view and hot tub were glorious

  The location of Seale house was great, 100 yards from the cliff above the ocean and adjacent to a vast open space; deer every morning, a great blue heron hunting a few feet from the house. Close to other homes, but very private.
  The furnishings are clean and simple, the kitchen well stocked. Great place for my two Labrador Retrievers.
  Management company was exceptional, friendly, accommodating, cannot recommend them highly enough.
